Job Description:
- Planning and implement Credit Card promotion
- Create new scheme to promote Credit Card
- Deal with partners to promote Credit Card
- Evaluation after promotion end
- Monitor competitors activities and analysis for competitive action plan
- Deal with International brands such as VISA/MasterCard
- Develop/Enhance POP and its management Develop an awareness of AEON Card
- Budget Control of the section
- Build loyalty program and seeking for potential partnership
- Develop operation flow to minimize risk and increase productivity
- Reporting daily/weekly/monthly on the unit’s performance
- Any other tasks will assigned by manager.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Finance & Banking, or related field
- Minimum 4 years experience in similar role
- Experience in managing banking operation with VISA/MasterCard knowledgeable
- Developing relationships with clients/agents
- Be able to work on field and provincial based on business requirement
- Be proactive, high commitment, and pressure handling well
- English proficiency with MS.Office (Word, Excel. Power Point, etc.)
- Strong inter and intra-personal skill, problem solving skill, critical thinking skill, and motivation/energetic skill
