Yes, please submit your original Motor Registration Card (MRC) to AEON Specialized Bank (Cambodia) Plc. when you get a new motorbike through our installment service including agency which is recommended by AEON Specialized Bank (Cambodia) Plc. or through the dealer where you purchase the motorbike.

You will be able to withdraw your Motor Registration Card (MRC) 3 working days after you fulfill your payment obligation to us. Please come to the branch where you submitted your Motor Registration Card (MRC) together with your national ID card or Passport (whichever matches with your application form) and the last payment receipt. Our staff will return the Motor Registration Card to you.

The Express Card holder can enjoy AEON’s Installment Service or Personal Loan Service with special interest rate, as well as convenient and fast application.

To get the Express card, customer is required to use either an Installment service or a Personal Loan service of AEON Specialized Bank (Cambodia) Plc. for at least 6 month period and have a good payment record every month (regular and on time payment).

The benefit of the Express card is as follows:

– The Express Card customer will enjoy a special interest rate.

– The process of application is much faster than usual by just showing your ID Card and the Express Card to our staff when applying for the Personal Loan or the Installment Services.

– The assessment for Express Card customer will be faster than the normal customer. During working hour, the result will be released within 30 minutes.

Express Card is not a Credit Card. It cannot purchase goods or perform other functions like credit card. However, you can use it to apply for AEON’s Installment Services or AEON’s Personal Loan with a special condition as described in question 3.

Express Card is free of charge which AEON Specialized Bank (Cambodia) Plc. offers to the customer who meets our criteria only. So, the annual fee or renewal fee is not applicable.

AEON 3D secure service is a security feature provided by AEON Specialized Bank (Cambodia) Plc. This service is functioned only when you make an online transaction with your AEON Card at a participating Visa Secure online merchant, you will receive 6 digits OTP through an SMS​ and Email that sent to your registered mobile phone number and email then simply enter that OTP to authenticate your transaction.

AEON 3D secure service provides an extra security protection against online fraud. When you make an online transaction with your AEON Card at a participating Visa Secure online merchant, an OTP is required to complete your transaction. With the implementation of OTP authentication, your AEON card information will not be pilfered for any reason, anyone will not be able to use your AEON card for the online transactions without the OTP sent to your registered mobile phone.

No registration is required for AEON 3D secure service. You (AEON Cardholder) will be automatically received OTP number when you make online transaction with Visa Secure merchant. Please ensure your registered mobile phone number and email address with us is valid and updated.

OTP (One-Time Password) is a dynamic password which is used to authenticate your online secure​transaction. It is time sensitive and valid for one time used only.

After you fill your card information correctly, OTP will be generated automatically and send to your mobile phone number and email which you register with AEON SPB and please ensure that it has been in your privacy.

The OTP will be expired in 3 minutes after it is issued and it is only valid for one-time used. If you are unable to enter the OTP to complete your online transaction before/after the OTP expires, you can click “Resend OTP” button on the transaction webpage in order to receive another valid OTP on your registered mobile number and email. You can re-submit the new OTP to complete the transaction.

If you enter wrong OTP for 3 times in a row, you will be unable to complete the transaction and your card status might be blocked for security reasons. You will have to contact our Customer Service Hotline 023 988 655/023 988 555/078 988 555/070 988 555 to unblock the card.

For the participating merchants, their webpage will display the logo of “VISA Secure” payment acceptance.

If you are overseas and using overseas mobile service providers, the service provider may not support receipt of international SMS. Please be reminded to turn on your mobile phone and activate your roaming service to ensure you can receive the OTP SMS to complete the online transaction when you travel to overseas. Please consult your telecommunication service provider for details. However, you still receive the OTP via your email.

No, the service is only available for Cambodia mobile number. To use this service, you would have to update your registered mobile with a Cambodia mobile number.
