Job Description

  • Achieve performance objectives as per set by line supervisor
  • Develop field visit plan for her/his team to ensure good prospecting activities
  • Set proper plan/KPIs for Credit Officer based on their territory and follow up result
  • Monitor, review and set action for improvement among team to ensure achieving performance objectives in a SMART manner
  • Develop field visit plan for her/his team to ensure good prospecting activities
  • Provide full support, direction, credit information update, and loan policy and procedures to ensure on credit officer’s execution and quality of loan based on field visit
  • Be a role model in term of promoting the bank products to achieve target set by management
  • Coach and guide Credit Officers on loan assessment skills and on-the-job execution
  • Conduct daily monitoring on number of loan application, assessment status and its progress
  • Conduct KYC and CDD on customer following ASB’s requirement and report STR to immediate supervisor and/or Legal and Compliance Section in case there is any suspicion
  • Coordinate with Head Office Assessment team for loan assessment status and other matters
  • Assist team members to close deal with potential customer
  • Ensure good grooming and dressing/uniform as per regulation among all staff under direct supervision
  • Provide full and accurate reports to line Supervisor on a regular basis and on timely manner
  • Assist line supervisor to recruit, train, develop and retain branch staff
  • Assist line supervisor and directly/indirectly fight against fraud matters in the operation
  • Perform other tasks assigned by line supervisor.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree in Management, Finance & Banking, or related field
  • Minimum 01 year experience in similar role
  • Experience in managing banking operation
  • Experience and willing develop a sales team to achieve
  • Developing relationships with clients/agents
  • Be able to work on field and provincial visit
  • Be proactive, high commitment, and pressure handling well
  • English proficiency with MS.Office (Word, Excel. Power Point, etc.)
  • Strong inter and intra-personal skill, problem solving skill, critical thinking skill, and motivation/energetic skill
