Job Description
- Achieve performance objectives as per set by line supervisor;
- Greeting customer by following banking service standard; always with proper Bank Uniform;
- Keen to promote bank products Feature & Benefit to customer in any possible way to approach customer;
- Strong Commitment to achieve target and proactive in marketing activities or campaign like sharing leaflet and promote ASB installment product in the market;
- Good collaboration with other staffs to ensure on smoothly operation and high sale performance;
- Follow working roaster and schedule to work and support ASB’s sales operation of assigned dealers/zone;
- Assist line supervisor to prospect, qualify, recruit, develop, train and maintain dealer to optimize sales from individual shop;
- Assist line supervisor to provide first and regularly refresh product/service and relevant process training to all dealer staff to understand ASB’s nature of business and relevant process;
- Propose ideas to line supervisor to develop dealer and increase sales within his dealer/zone;
- Effectively and efficiently execute all relevant marketing activities or any relevant company announcement;
- Maintain good image of the company through ensuring fresh marketing materials and good placement as per branding guideline to optimize marketing investment for each dealer shop or in this zone;
- Keep maintain relationship with both existing and new dealer;
- Ensure dominant present of our brand/branding at dealer shop and in the zone;
- Facilitate and monitor the sales process with dealer, i.e. from inquiry to application to dealer settlement;
- Provide full and accurate reports to line Supervisor on a regular basis and on timely manner
- Assist line supervisor to keep a positive working environment in the team, encouraging a positive culture, learning environment and continuously learning for self-improvement and team development;
- Perform other tasks assigned by line supervisor;
Job Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Management, Finance & Banking, or related field
- Minimum 01 year experience in similar role
- Experience in managing banking operation
- Experience and willing develop a sales team to achieve
- Developing relationships with clients/agents
- Be able to work on field and provincial visit
- Be proactive, high commitment, and pressure handling well
- English proficiency with MS.Office (Word, Excel. Power Point, etc.)
- Strong inter and intra personal skill, problem solving skill, critical thinking skill, and motivation/energetic skill
