Job Description
- Market information collection and analysis of operational areas in charge;
- Collection and monitor market competition and set counter-measurement for continuous growth;
- Monitor dealer settlement performance ; loan disbursement and assessment speed to ensure stakeholder’s satisfaction;
- Ensure excellent grooming and dressing/uniform as per regulation among all staff under direct supervision;
- Assist BM to monitor the operational risk and business risk of own respective branch;
- Set Clear KPI for branch staff performance and monitor for improvement purpose;
- Assist BM to recruit, train, develop and retain branch staff;
- Assist BM to ensure full compliance of company policy, process, procedure;
- Assist BM to raise and reinforce awareness of fraud and/or non-compliance issue in the company and in the industry;
- Assist and directly/indirectly fight against fraud matters in the operation;
- Provide full and accurate report to BM on a regular basis;
- Assist BM and handle operation challenge, customer complaints;
- Assist BM and make direct efforts to keep a positive working environment in the team, encouraging a positive culture, learning environment and continuously learning for self-improvement and team development;
- Assist BM in term of AML/CFT ;
- Any other task assigned by reporting line /management
Job Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Management, HR, or related field
- Minimum 03 to 05 years experience in similar role
- Experience in managing banking operations, KPIs and cost structures are advantage
- In-depth knowledge of the Cambodia banking industry.
- Be proactive, commitment and able to travel cross province as business needs
- Good knowledge of preparing and monitoring the business plan
- English proficiency with MS.Office (Word, Excel. Power Point, etc.)
- Strong inter and intra personal skill, problem solving skill, critical thinking skill, and motivation/energetic skill
